Yield: 24 burgers (4 oz.)
- 3 c. InHarvest Greenwheat Freekeh™, prepared, chilled
- 3 c. InHarvest Wild Rice (Grade A or A/B), prepared, chilled
- 2 c. InHarvest Red Quinoa, prepared, chilled
- 2 T. vegetable oil
- ¾ c. carrot, minced
- ¾ c. celery, minced
- ¾ c. onion, minced
- 2 T. garlic, fresh minced
- 4 t. salt
- 1½ t. black pepper
- 2½ T. cumin, ground
- 4 lbs. ground turkey
- Sauté vegetables in oil for 2 minutes, stir in garlic, salt, pepper and cumin. Sauté for additional minute while stirring. Chill.
- Combine cooked and chilled InHarvest grains and veggies with ground turkey and mix well.
- Form 4 oz. patties, grill or fry on medium heat until cooked through.
