Store in a cool and dry environment.
Stovetop: In a large stockpot, bring 4 qts. water or stock to a boil. Add 2 lb. sleeve of Organic Wild Rice, cover tightly with lid, bring back to a boil and lower to a simmer. Cook for 45-60 minutes or until rice is tender and most grains are slightly split. Drain excess liquid if necessary and serve.
Yield: 36 half-cup servings.
