Preparation and Cooking Instructions
Stovetop: Bring 5 qts. water and 2 oz. vegetable oil (optional) to a boil. Stir in 2 lbs. Tri-Colored Orzo, reduce heat and simmer covered for 10-12 mins., or until desired texture. Remove from heat, drain excess liquid and serve.
Yield: 22 half-cup servings.
