Dishes for demo and tasting include Vegan Black Forest Blend™ Bolognese capitalizing on consumer interest in pulses. Thursday tastings will include several varieties from InHarvest’s new Fruit & Grain Shakes Series; Friday tastings will feature parfaits layering fresh fruit and yogurt with InHarvest’s puffed brown and wild rices and Sunrise Blend with Quinoa Flakes®.
