InHarvest to Highlight Wild Rice; Organic, Quick Cook, Toasted and Crispy Grains at Anuga, the World’s Largest F&B Show, Oct. 5-9 in Cologne

WHAT: Celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2019, Anuga is the world’s largest trade fair for food and beverage—known for groundbreaking developments that impact the entire global industry. This year’s event anticipates more than 7,400 international exhibitors and upwards of 165,000 visitors from six continents. (More info about this biannual show at www.anuga.com.)

WHEN: Saturday, Oct. 5, through Wednesday, Oct. 9, 10 am – 6 pm daily.

WHERE: Booth #H6o in Hall 10.2 (Fine Food) in the USA Pavilion, Koelnmesse, Fair Grounds, Köln-Deutz, Cologne, Germany.

WHY: InHarvest is expanding its global footprint with high-demand organic, quick-cook and RTE rice and grains, including crispy and toasted quinoa, crispy medium-grain brown rice, crispy California-grown red rice and quick-cook Italian Nerone black Rice.
