InHarvest to Announce New Whole Grain, Blend for Military Foodservice and Present Cooking Demo at R&DA Meeting, April 9-11 in Alexandria, Va.

WHO: Representatives of InHarvest’s Sales and Culinary Teams: Julie Marino, military sales manager; Johnathan “Hunter” Dainsberg, sales associate; and corporate chef Jason Ziobrowski, CEC.

WHAT: InHarvest will showcase new, domestically grown white quinoa and introduce a whole-grain brown-rice/quinoa blend specially formulated to meet the needs of military foodservice at the 73rd-Annual Spring Meeting of the Research and Development Associates (R&DA) for Military Food and Packaging.

Besides new products, signature products to be sampled as flavorful, “better for you” dishes at InHarvest’s exhibit will include Mountain Red Blend™ and Ruby Wild Blend™.

“Chef Jay Z” will also present a cooking demonstration, “Get In-Grained in 30,” to all attendees during the second day of Briefings and Education Sessions. Guests will have an opportunity to sample a fruit/grain smoothie of yogurt, fresh strawberries and quinoa.

The mission of San Antonio, Texas-based R&DA is to provide the safest and highest-quality food and foodservice to the U.S. Armed Forces.
