New fan page will spur conversations

Designed as an interactive resource for chefs seeking recipe inspiration and menu solutions, the new social-networking tool will spur meaningful dialogue and share valuable information on exceeding diners’ expectations with Indian Harvest products.

To begin those discussions, a video portrays Holleman taking the global-street-food trend tableside in a demonstration on preparing Baja fish tacos sporting red and white quinoas. Other current menu trends—including demand for whole grains, sustainable/Fair Trade ingredients and upscaled comfort foods—appear in the Trends tab and will be updated regularly featuring flavorful, marketable applications with Indian Harvest products.
