Savory Turkey and Rice Bake - Military Foodservice
Yield: 34 ¾-cup servings
- 2 lbs. InHarvest Brown & Wild Medley
- 4 oz. InHarvest Savory Herb Seasoning
- 6 c. boiling water
- 4 c. cream of mushroom soup, prepared or ready-to-eat
- 1 t. black pepper, ground
- 3 lbs. sliced and cooked turkey medallions
- 2 c. celery, diced
- 2 c. onion, diced
- Preheat oven to 350º.
- Combine all ingredients in a 2½ inch hotel pan, stirring well to distribute ingredients. Cover with foil.
- Bake for approximately 50 minutes or until rice is tender.
- Remove from oven, stir well and serve.
