Sunrise Morning Start

Yield: 6 servings
- 12 oz. plain or vanilla organic yogurt
- 8 oz. InHarvest Sunrise Blend with Quinoa Flakes®
- 9 oz. milk
- 1 Granny Smith apple, grated
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 c. red seedless grapes
- 2 T. honey
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 1 c. pecan halves (or nut of choice)
- 1 c. strawberries, sliced
No Cooking Required.
- Several hours before service, combine yogurt with InHarvest Sunrise Blend with Quinoa Flakes®. Refrigerate in a stainless-steel mixing bowl to below 40°F. (Do not freeze.)
- To yogurt/Sunrise Blend mixture, fold in milk, grated apple, banana slices, grape halves, honey and lemon juice. Spoon mixture evenly into 6 parfait, martini or other glasses and garnish with pecan halves and strawberry slices. Serve immediately.
