Cabernet Medley™ Strawberry Waldorf Salad
Yield: About 50 -½ cup servings
- 2 lb. InHarvest Cabernet Medley™
- 4 Granny Smith apples, cored and diced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 3 c. sliced strawberries
- 3 c. celery, diced
- 2 c. walnuts
- 32 oz. mayonnaise
- 1 c. brown sugar
- ½ c. apple cider vinegar
- Cook InHarvest Cabernet Medley according to package directions and cool immediately.
- Toss diced apples with lemon juice to prevent browning.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, brown sugar and apple cider vinegar until blended well. Toast walnuts if desired. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill for service.
