Cabernet Medley™ Strawberry Waldorf Salad


Yield:  About 50 -½ cup servings


  1. Cook InHarvest Cabernet Medley according to package directions and cool immediately.
  2. Toss diced apples with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, brown sugar and apple cider vinegar until blended well. Toast walnuts if desired. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill for service.
