Moroccan Freekeh Dumplings - 8 oz.

  1. In a pot on the stovetop, bring the water to a boil. Stir in InHarvest Greenwheat Freekeh. Reduce the heat to simmer and cook, covered, for 20 minutes.
  2. Spread the freekeh out on a sheet pan to let cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl place the freekeh with all remaining filling ingredients and mix well.
  4. To assemble dumplings, place 1 oz. of the filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold the wrappers as potstickers for pan-frying or wontons for steaming.
