Ingredients:

Yield: 6 servings

  • 12 oz. plain or vanilla organic yogurt
  • 8 oz. InHarvest Sunrise Blend with Quinoa Flakes®
  • 9 oz. milk
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, grated
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 c. red seedless grapes
  • 2 T. honey
  • 1 T. lemon juice
  • 1 c. pecan halves (or nut of choice)
  • 1 c. strawberries, sliced
     

Directions:

No Cooking Required.

  1. Several hours before service, combine yogurt with InHarvest Sunrise Blend with Quinoa Flakes®. Refrigerate in a stainless-steel mixing bowl to below 40°F. (Do not freeze.)
  2. To yogurt/Sunrise Blend mixture, fold in milk, grated apple, banana slices, grape halves, honey and lemon juice. Spoon mixture evenly into 6 parfait, martini or other glasses and garnish with pecan halves and strawberry slices. Serve immediately.
