Savory Turkey and Rice Bake - Military Foodservice

Ingredients:

Yield: 34 ¾-cup servings

  • 2 lbs. InHarvest Brown & Wild Medley
  • 4 oz. InHarvest Savory Herb Seasoning
  • 6 c. boiling water
  • 4 c. cream of mushroom soup, prepared or ready-to-eat
  • 1 t. black pepper, ground
  • 3 lbs. sliced and cooked turkey medallions
  • 2 c. celery, diced
  • 2 c. onion, diced

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350º.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a 2½ inch hotel pan, stirring well to distribute ingredients. Cover with foil.
  3. Bake for approximately 50 minutes or until rice is tender.
  4. Remove from oven, stir well and serve.
